We dont do the shell of the macarons as it takes 1h to settle and then oven, but we are shown how to do it and we get to practise. We do learn how to mix the ingredients of the macarons and assemble them. We get to take 4 home 2 chocolate, 2 pistachio and the step by step recipe to try do it at home. It was a good way to spend the morning would recommend it for a diferent experience in Paris.”
