“Showed up 30 min late. And then drove so INSANE the whole way to Paris. Driving up curbs. Ripping around the tiny pedestrian streets of montmarte at 90kmh narrowly missing bikes scooters and pedestrians to try and avoid a traffic back up on the main road. Took a million dips and turns through tiny neighborhoods at excessive speed and hairpin turns and violent abrupt stops to avoid collisions. Finally got us near our hotel and pulled up so abruptly into a crosswalk full of people that two old ladies had to jump out of the way and then laid into him when we stopped It took everything I had in…”

The driver did not show up at the airport to pick us up. When I called the driver, he said that he was at his desk and would be there in 25 minutes. I said that was unacceptable. I called customer service to cancel and get a refund. They asked for another chance and sent another driver that took a very long time to find us at the airport with very poor communication.”
